When & how often will I get a new hashtag list?
Every month, by the 15th of the month prior you will receive a new hashtag list. For example, April hashtags will be in your account by March 15th.
What if I have questions?
You can always email jenn@jennpennsocial.com and she will be happy to help you out!
Who creates the list?
I do! I analyze your intake form and create the list by researching each hashtag to make sure it’s good for your business and not banned. NO AI or Bots here!
Will I have access to past lists?
Once the new list comes out, your access to the old list will be removed. This way I can be assured the current list is safe (no banned hashtags) and has been recently checked and deemed good for use for small businesses like yours.
What format is the list?
The list will be sent to you as a PDF that you can use to copy and paste the hashtags into your list or Instagram posts.
Are refunds available?
Do to the digital nature of the product, refunds are not available.
How do I cancel my subscription?
